Flash News: The Easter bunny is coming to the Confiture Parisienne.

It is a recruitment of choice that has just made La Confiture Parisienne in the person of the famous Easter bunny. This year, we will search in vain for its chocolates in the garden: it is on toasted bread and waffles that it will be happening, in the form of jam. And what a jam! A 100% pure cocoa jelly from Madagascar's Manjari grand cru, enhanced with a touch of pure raspberry willamette. The cost of transferring the animal that committed this delight is not yet known, but the rumor speaks of hundreds of kilos of carrots. Case to follow.

Rare fruits, and seasonal, zero chemicals and unrefined cane sugar. Their cooking in small quantities is monitored to the exact degree in copper cauldrons so that the cooking is homogeneous and that the fruits can render all their aromas. The jam is delicately poured by hand in white enamelled jars to avoid letting the light pass through.

The quality of its production and its recipes enabled the Confiture Parisienne to join the Collège Culinaire de France in June 2016.
