The collaboration Confiture Parisienne and Château d'Estoublon

Centuries-old olive trees, low stone walls dried out by an overwhelming sun, rows of majestic vines... we don't know about you, but in our imagination, everything is there. It looks like the South! The quintessence of Provence, the Château d'Estoublon offers a quality wine tourism programme, with a specialised service that is faithful to the spirit of the region. A setting near Fontvieille, in the Baux valley, where time seems to have stopped in the 18th century, the so-called Age of Enlightenment.

At Confiture Parisienne, we were immediately inspired by this elegant place, with its hectares of olive groves and vineyards, to create two recipes with an aristocratic flair.

As a royal brunch, you can start by tasting the delicate Roseblood jelly, an exceptional rosé from the estate, with its hint of geranium. With its fruity aromas and refined, shimmering colours, this jar of jam is sure to be a hit on a long summer evening with high society.

If, however, the sweet note of the Roseblood fails to satisfy your palate, we recommend the delicious blend of yellow tomatoes and "picholines" olive oil harvested on the Estoublon estate. In case you lose your way while tasting it, the jar is enhanced by the estate's landscaped layout, a gigantic park where the paths of olive trees and vines dictate the way.

Of course, if you were wondering how to add a touch of flavour to your jams while remaining in harmony with the setting, we recommend the Alpilles goat cheese, the Brousse du Rove or a Tomme d'Arles. Whether you're jumping out of bed or having a martini, you can enjoy them at any time of day! But what does it matter since time has no hold on the Château d'Estoublon.
