Babka Choco Peanut
What better way to accompany your weekend than with a marbled brioche, or its nickname babka, with the good taste of Chocolate Peanut? Discover this vegan spread special dark chocolate, milk chocolate and peanuts.
Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 1 egg
- 180g of Tartine Chocolate Peanut spread
- 100ml of whole milk
- 50g of sugar
- 3g of salt
- 40g of peanuts
- 80g of butter
- 12g fresh yeast

The recipe
- Start by diluting the yeast in the warm milk and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients and the egg.
- Then add the milk and yeast and knead for a good 10 minutes.
- Then add the butter to the mixture and knead for 15 minutes until the dough comes away from the sides.
- Put your dough to rest for 2 hours in a bowl covered with a cloth.
- Once the 2 hours have passed, roll out your dough into a rectangle, the length of your pan and 3 times its width.
- Now you can add your homemade spread and peanuts after crushing them.
- Roll the dough lengthwise and cut it in half widthwise.
- Braid your two pieces of dough, face up, and put them in the pan with baking paper and let them rest for another 2 hours.
- Bake your babka for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C
