victoria pineapple carpaccio with travel jam - FeGH

PINEAPPLE CARPACCIO VICTORIA CORIANDER CRISTAL

For a refreshing dessert for two - Fegh


For this recipe, you will need: 

  • 1 jar of travel jame Confiture Parisienne
  • 1 bunch coriander, large leaves
  • 1 unblemished Victoria pineapple
  • 1 frothy egg white
  • 1 juicy lime, smooth skin
  • tray of edible flowers: pansies, nasturtiums...
  •  


    Steps :

    1. Peel the pineapple, cut very thin slices into rounds with a sharp knife
