Chocolate Raspberry Mi-cuit

Need a tasty dessert tonight to cheer you up? Bring your homemade fruity spread " Tartine Framboise Chocolat "! In general, the preparation of a half-baked chocolate spread is quite simple. Soft, greedy and melting, it delights everyone from the first spoonful. But have you thought of a chocolate-raspberry heart for maximum pleasure? For a good dose of comfort at the end of the day, we suggest a Chocolate-Raspberryfondant.




Ingredients 


The recipe

  1. Start by filling 5 half-spheres of Tartine Chocolat Framboise and put 3 hours in the freezer.
  2. Cut the chocolate into pieces
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter, and mix for a smooth preparation.
  4. Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
  5. Then pour in the butter and chocolate mixture. Don't forget to whisk briskly.
  6. Then add the sifted flour and fold into the preparation.
  7. Divide the mixture among baking pans.
  8. Then add 1 half sphere of jam still frozen in each mould.
  9. Finish by putting in the oven for 8-9 minutes at 190° and leave to cool on a baking tray.
