Chocolate Raspberry Mi-cuit
Need a tasty dessert tonight to cheer you up? Bring your homemade fruity spread " Tartine Framboise Chocolat "! In general, the preparation of a half-baked chocolate spread is quite simple. Soft, greedy and melting, it delights everyone from the first spoonful. But have you thought of a chocolate-raspberry heart for maximum pleasure? For a good dose of comfort at the end of the day, we suggest a Chocolate-Raspberryfondant.
Ingredients
- Tartine Raspberry Chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 40g Flour
- 110g of Chocolate
- 120g Powdered Sugar
- 90g of butter
The recipe
- Start by filling 5 half-spheres of Tartine Chocolat Framboise and put 3 hours in the freezer.
- Cut the chocolate into pieces
- Melt the chocolate and butter, and mix for a smooth preparation.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
- Then pour in the butter and chocolate mixture. Don't forget to whisk briskly.
- Then add the sifted flour and fold into the preparation.
- Divide the mixture among baking pans.
- Then add 1 half sphere of jam still frozen in each mould.
- Finish by putting in the oven for 8-9 minutes at 190° and leave to cool on a baking tray.
