To begin, we meet today to prepare delicious strawberry-rosemary shortbread to celebrate the arrival of the beautiful days and also "to spread a layer of it" Fegh 🍓

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 jar of strawberry jam, we strongly advise you to try our new recipe in collaboration with the Eiffel Tower (100% validated by the team Confiture Parisienne)
  • 4 home-made shortbread cookies
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 mocha spoon of Espelette pepper

  • Recipe steps:

    1. Make shortbread cakes by choosing a good Larousse des desserts PH recipe. Make an impression of your choice in the raw dough. Cook according to the recipe.
    2. Using a spreader, spread Eiffel Tower Jam over the entire surface of the patties.
    3. Using a sharp knife, finely chop the thick rosemary leaves.
    4. Scatter the rosemary over the jam and do the same with the sesame seeds, sprinkle lightly with Espelette pepper
    5. Bite into the candied shortbread.
