Apple Pie - Apples and Biscuits
Confiture Parisienne offers you a recipe for Apple Pie to be eaten hot, warm or cold according to your preferences at snack time!
For this recipe, you will need:
2 golden apples 30g of butter 1 shortcrust pastry 1 jar of Apples and Biscuits Recipe steps:
- Peel and quarter the two apples, then cut the quarters into thin strips.
- Preheat oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
- Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mould and prick it with a fork.
- Pour the Apple and Cookie Jam over the dough and place the apple slices in a spiral or several circles, as you wish! Place slices of butter on top.
- Put in the oven and let cook for 30 minutes maximum. Keep an eye on the cooking. You can add a little vanilla sugar to the pie while it is baking to caramelize it a bit.
