Apple Pie - Apples and Biscuits

Confiture Parisienne offers you a recipe for Apple Pie to be eaten hot, warm or cold according to your preferences at snack time! 

For this recipe, you will need: 

  • 2 golden apples
  • 30g of butter
  • 1 shortcrust pastry 
  • 1 jar of Apples and Biscuits
  • Recipe steps:

    1. Peel and quarter the two apples, then cut the quarters into thin strips.
    2. Preheat oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
    3. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mould and prick it with a fork.
    4. Pour the Apple and Cookie Jam over the dough and place the apple slices in a spiral or several circles, as you wish! Place slices of butter on top.
    5. Put in the oven and let cook for 30 minutes maximum. Keep an eye on the cooking. You can add a little vanilla sugar to the pie while it is baking to caramelize it a bit.
