What the hell is this? Probably not butter, since the recipe is vegan and therefore lactose-free.
It's a spread made mainly of coconut oil and fruit.
Confiture Parisienne created three fragrances in collaboration with chef Michael Bartocetti: Raspberry, Passion Mango and Lemon Yuzu.
This product has the texture of butter and the taste of fruit. It is an innovative and low sugar product, ideal to replace and without regret the famous butter-jelly marriage. -•
