How do you make black jam, you might ask. Quite simply with a great dose of creativity, a lot of patience and, above all, excellent products: Deglet Nour dates from Tunisia; black lemon cooked for a long time, very long and at very low temperatures; a hint of vegetable activated carbon which, in addition to its digestive properties, will come to sublimate the deep black colour of the jam.

But it's when the moment of tasting arrives that Or Noir gives us a thousand temptations: served with foie gras, cheeses, tajines, muffins, or in the stuffing of a turkey, it's a delight.
