Spectacle shortbread with raspberry-violet jam
Les vacances sont bientôt terminées pour certains et se poursuivent pour d'autres ! Découvrez notre délicieuse recette de sablés lunettes à la confiture Framboise Violette à réaliser avec vos enfants ce week-end.
For this recipe, you will need:
- 500g of flour
- One vanilla pod (or 1 sachet vanilla sugar)
- 200g softened butter
- 100g unrefined cane sugar (or caster sugar)
- powdered sugar for the finish
- 2 eggs
- Raspberry-Violet jam by Confiture Parisienne
- In a bowl, add the kneaded butter, cane sugar, vanilla pod and flour.
- Mix, then add 2 eggs.
- Work the dough into a ball with your hands.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.
- Form circles using the cookie cutter of your choice.
- On half of them, make two small holes as if to make eyes.
- Bake for 10 to 15 min at 150° C.
- Laisser refroidir puis mettre de la confiture de framboise sur les sablés pleins.
- Top with the perforated cookies, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Déguster !
