Confiture Parisienne celebrates the Parisian Gardens

Confiture Parisienne never ceases to find inspiration in the city where there is always something to do. It is while walking in one of the 530 parks and gardens of the capital that Laura Goninet and Nadège Gaultier had the idea to pay tribute to these green spaces where all Parisians, young and old, play, run, read or chat. If we can easily imagine ourselves in the sun reading a book, the parks in Paris are also full of winter activities, on the condition that you equip yourself for it!

Confiture Parisienne looked for the most emblematic parks in Paris to decide on a real itinerary for nature lovers in the city. The Parc Monceau, the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Jardin des Plantes (barely a kilometer from the jam factory), caught the attention of the founding duo.

Once the parks were determined, we had to imagine the recipes. Each park has its own history and flora.

The first stop of this stroll is the Jardin du Luxembourg. Apart from the Senate, the bowlers and the big basin where small boats sail, majestic Japanese cherry trees adorn the place. They have been chosen to accompany this delicious strawberry jam.

Then if you go to the Jardin des Plantes to discover the sublime illuminations that take place every winter, you may notice the Evereste apple tree. It is the star of this artisanal jelly, in which the apple is subtly spiced with rose geranium.

To finish this collection in beauty, the majestic Parc Monceau with its golden gate revealed one of its secrets: banana trees grow in the middle of Paris. It is from these fruit trees that a banana jam was imaginedwith rumwith a touch of vanilla. A jam with a taste of sun and heat, ideal to warm you up after a long afternoon strolling in the 8th district.

And if after this stroll your senses get lost in the whole of Paris and you don't know which park will be your favorite, the three jams can be found in a tasting boxYou can enjoy them with your family at Christmas or offer them to your friends and family who have left Paris for the provinces, but who are still a little nostalgic...

If you prefer to wait for the warm weather to enjoy the parks, you can find other gift boxes on our website and in our store!
