Following the success of our collection on the rooftops of Paris, we invited renowned chefs to come and help us create new jams using the harvests from the gardens of the company "Sous les fraises" located on the rooftops of Galeries Lafayette.
Sylvain Sendra from the Michelin-starred restaurant "Itineraire", Daniel Baratier from the restaurant "Les Déserteurs", winner of the 2015 Fooding Prize, and Daniel Morgan from the restaurant "Salt" were given carte blanche to create their own "gastronomic" jam recipe with Confiture Parisienne.
This collaboration allowed us to work with chefs who are passionate about their profession and to be able to paint a sort of Chinese portrait of them through their “jam-like” creations.
With these collaborations we want to demonstrate more than ever that jam is not just a simple product that we vulgarly spread on bread, but a real culinary product to which we want to restore its nobility.
