How did the concept of Confiture Parisienne come about?
The idea for Confiture parisienne was born from our passion for authentic flavors and French artisanal know-how. We wanted to create a brand that reflected the elegance and gastronomic diversity of Paris.
How are your fruits selected?
We carefully select our fruit, favoring local producers and seasonal fruits. The quality and ripeness of the fruit are essential to guarantee a jam rich in flavor and natural flavors.
Do your jams contain preservatives or additives?
No, our jams are made using traditional methods and contain no preservatives or artificial additives. The fruit and sugar content allows for natural preservation.
What are your manufacturing techniques?
Our jams and spreads are handcrafted by our jam chefs beneath the Viaduc des Arts on Avenue Daumesnil. Cooked in small batches in copper cauldrons, each jam is carefully prepared, with all its ingredients carefully balanced to find their perfect place and express their full flavor.
Do you have a physical store in Paris where we can taste and buy your products?
Yes, we have a boutique in the heart of Paris in the 12th arrondissement, where you can come and taste and buy all our products. You will find the address and opening hours on our website. We also have a corner at Galeries Lafayette in the Coupole building on the 6th floor where you can find and taste our jams.
How can I use your jams other than on toast?

Do you offer gift boxes or sets for special occasions?
Yes, we offer a variety of gift boxes perfectly suited for special occasions. They are available for purchase in-store and online.
How long can I keep unopened jam?
Unopened jam can generally be stored for up to two years if stored in a cool, dry place.
Do you do any collaborations or special editions with other brands or artists?
Of course, we've already worked with brands and artists for special editions. We've already collaborated with Cédric Grolet, Juan, Mercotte, Antoinette Poisson, Moulin Rouge, Tour Eiffel, and many more. Follow us to discover our latest collaborations.
How do I store my jams and spreads?
After opening, we recommend keeping your jams in the refrigerator and your spreads at room temperature and consuming them within 4 weeks for optimal freshness.
What are the textures of spreads?
Our spreads are made with high-quality ingredients, free of additives and preservatives, and guaranteed palm oil-free. The natural oil in the nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, and almonds) may rise to the surface. This is completely normal; be sure to stir the spread well in the jar before serving to restore a smooth texture.
The texture of the spread can also vary depending on the temperature. If the spread is too hard, you can microwave the jar without the lid or capsule for a few seconds (between 10 and 15 seconds at 800 watts) or in a bain-marie to restore a smooth texture. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 months.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our jam jars are made of glass, a material that is recyclable and, above all, infinitely reusable. We offer “second life” labels so you can reuse your jars. Choose from our wide selection of labels: “Petite Plante”, “Crayons d'artistes” or even “bonbec”. And if these don’t inspire you, take home one of our two “blank” labels where you can write your creations directly.

Is it possible to personalize a pot?

Want to personalize a jar of jam or spread? Simply edit the initial label text directly on the product page. All 3 lines of the label are customizable. View the result of your label directly before confirming your order. Customizing your jars is a service offered for just €1 extra per jar. Take advantage of this offer to make unique and personalized gifts!
Want to customize your pots in-store? It's easy: order online and choose the "click and collect" option. We'll keep you informed when it's available.
Any customization request requires a little more time than a non-customized pot. Allow 2-3 additional days for processing.
Can we create a custom box?

Workshops
Can young children participate in the jam workshops?
Yes, this is a family activity where children are welcome. From the age of 6, children can come and make their own jam during a workshop if they are accompanied by a parent. Can we choose the jam we will make during the workshop?

Orders
What do I do if my order is damaged?
If you receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately at sav@confiture-parisienne.com with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.
How can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is automatically sent by email after your order is confirmed. You can also find all your invoices in your customer account interface.
Is the invoice included in the package?
Don't worry, the receipt is never included in your package. If it's a gift, the person will never see the receipt for your order.
What are the payment methods?
We offer different types of payment such as payment by credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, and payment in several installments (3 or 4) with Alma.
Is there a maximum number of days to collect your Click & Collect order?
We prepare your Click and Collect order between 1 and 2 business days depending on the period (holidays are busier). Once your order is ready, you will receive an email informing you that your order is available in store. You can come and collect it at your convenience within a reasonable time frame. We keep your jams safe until you can come and collect them!
Can I add a message to my order?
Of course, when you make your purchase, click on “Is this a gift?” We offer you the option of adding a small card to your package with your personal message!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order if it has already been processed by our carriers. Please write to us as soon as possible at communication@confiture-parisienne.com to let us know your request.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver our jams worldwide. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on your destination and the weight of your package.
What are the delivery costs?
We offer several delivery options to best meet your needs:
Paris Intramuros Delivery by Courier : If you are in the heart of Paris, benefit from our fast delivery service by courier for only €8.
Mondial Relay : Enjoy delivery for €5.50 by choosing the relay point of your choice after payment. You can choose your relay point after payment on the website.
DPD Predict : Receive your order directly to your home for €7.90, without the need for a signature upon receipt.
Chronopost Express at a Relay Point : For even faster delivery, opt for the Chronopost Express service with a choice of relay point after payment, for €12.99.
Of course, these delivery costs only apply to mainland France.
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times vary depending on the delivery method selected. With home delivery, your order will arrive within 3 to 4 business days. With express delivery, your order can be delivered to a collection point the next day if you order before noon. We do everything we can to ensure you receive your jams as quickly as possible!

Can I create a recipe?
Yes, custom recipe creation is possible with a minimum purchase of two pots (approximately 300 250g jars). Confiture Parisienne makes its jams seasonally. It's important to consider the seasonality of the fruit when choosing your recipe.
