Small, round, and full of sunshine, the Roussillon Apricot is the one Confiture Parisienne has chosen for its range of artisanal apricot jams. Selected at the height of the season, our jams are made from fresh fruit in our Parisian confectionery.

Since its inception, Confiture Parisienne has been exploring flavors and combining ingredients to create bold and delicious recipes. Thanks to these different combinations, we've been able to create a wide variety of recipes, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a different jam for every moment of the day.

While we wanted to give pride of place to originality and surprise, we also wanted to highlight high-quality ingredients. To make each apricot jam , we have of course chosen to use French apricots, more precisely fruits straight from Roussillon!

Apricot jam: fresh fruit straight from Roussillon

The apricot is a thousand-year-old tree originally found in China. It was Alexander the Great who brought it to Europe via the famous Silk Road. Gradually, the apricot tree spread throughout the Mediterranean basin, where the climate was favorable for growing its fruit: the apricot. However, in France, the apricot was a little slow to make its mark. It wasn't until it made its triumphant entrance into the vegetable garden of the Palace of Versailles that the French began to consume this sun-drenched fruit.

When it comes to jams, apricots are just as good as red fruits; they're a classic! At Confiture Parisienne, they can be enjoyed in their simplest form, thanks to our collection of single-fruit jams. Unique Apricot is a jam we've made with the finest French apricots grown in Roussillon. Thibaut Pique is the one who takes great care to select the best varieties of fresh apricots for us. Thibaut's fruit is always delivered 24 hours after picking, guaranteeing exceptional apricot jams!

At Confiture Parisienne, we love offering recipes that are as unexpected as they are delicious. Of course, we had to find new flavor combinations to enhance this famous Roussillon apricot.

Apricot jam is also available in raspberry and star anise versions. For this recipe, we've focused on surprise and mystery. Sure, you'll recognize the raspberry flavor, but then something will come along to confuse your senses: it's star anise! This recipe will definitely appeal to gourmets and, without a doubt, to jam lovers.

We've also summoned the southern sun with our Apricot Lavender jam, carefully concocted with sprigs of fresh, naturally French lavender! We invite you to discover the flavors of this recipe on a simple slice of country bread, but also in fromage blanc!

Confiture Parisienne is also the art of putting small pots in large ones: our collection of apricot jams is also available in carefully decorated white lacquered jars made in France. Your apricot jam is thus protected from light and remains pleasing to the eye until the last spoonful!
