"Confiture Parisienne" is the only jam factory in Paris founded in 2015. The only one, but not the first, because at the time when orchards still dominated the beautiful districts of our capital, jams were indeed a Parisian specialty.
It is this lost tradition that they wanted to bring back into fashion.

In their workshop, they and their team create artisanal jams with flavors as intense as ' unexpected and also collaborate with renowned chefs or beautiful brands to develop recipes ' exception.
Made with fruits selected at the best of the seasons and unrefined sugar, the jams are cooked in small quantities in copper cauldrons using the traditional method, without any additives or preservatives. Then poured into delicately decorated and white lacquered jars which make them original gifts for those you love.
