Because some of you have been asking for it, our range of single-fruit jams is going organic and at no extra cost, at only €4.90 per 100g jar. And because the producers with whom we have built relationships of trust since the beginning of the adventure, respect sustainable agriculture, bring care and vigilance to their production, we had no reason to abandon them. If our jams with unique recipes are so good, it is thanks to all the love they put into their profession.
Among the first organic producers we had the pleasure of working with this summer is Serge Constant. A passionate man with decades of expertise and a well-established reputation in the Plaine du Comtat Venaissin. He is one of the few organic strawberry producers south of Mont Ventoux, and his own, the Cléry, offers beautiful aromatic notes and already a good natural sugar content. His work is similar to that of a goldsmith, as these berries are so fragile, so growing them in the open ground requires a lot of work preparing the soil and scrupulous techniques to follow, for a result that is never guaranteed... This harvest was a success, and Confiture Parisienne is delighted to share it with its first 100% organic jars.
