As autumn knocks on the door, Confiture Parisienne and Dalloyau reveal a delicious opera spread!
A creative and delicious recipe designed by chef Jérémy Del Val, French dessert champion, for Confiture Parisienne, inspired of the famous cake created in 1955 by Cyriaque Gavillon, successor to the Dalloyau family.

This new product was created following the meeting between the two Parisian gastronomic houses .
The chemistry between the jam makers and the pastry chef was immediate and their shared values around the French art of living, creativity and quality products made them want to collaborate together.

In this pot beautifully decorated in the colors of the famous Maison Dalloyau, find a delicious texture play through of an old-fashioned praline Valencia almonds and roasted almond paste subtly associated with the flavors of 72% Venezuelan dark chocolate, coffee beans, Madagascar vanilla and fleur de sel.
A totally addictive spread with small grains!
Enjoy it by the spoonful, in a chocolate soufflé, in a babka or on toasted brioche!
