What is unrefined cane sugar?

At Confiture Parisienne, we work with unrefined cane sugar, meaning it's unprocessed and comes directly from sugar cane. We work with a factory located in the Bouches-du-Rhône region.

Unrefined cane sugar is healthier because it retains all its nutrients. It differs from white sugar from beets in its naturally red color and better taste.

In our laboratory located in the heart of Paris, all the ingredients are used with balance to find their exact place and express their full flavor.
