At the beginning of June 2016, Confiture Parisienne was inducted into the C ollège Culinaire de France . This award is given to the best producers for their quality production following selection by a selection committee composed of internationally renowned French chefs. This renowned committee contributes to the influence of French gastronomic culture and economy by supporting and developing the legacy and future of artisanal culinary heritage. We are obviously proud to be part of it.
