For this recipe, you need:

(for 4 people)


  • 20g of butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 60g of sugar
  • 300g of flour
  • 100g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 grated lemon zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 jar of Easter Man 250g
  • 1 jar of Unique Strawberry 100g

  • The recipe:

    1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and sprinkle with flour. Cover and let the starter rise for 20 minutes.
    2. Mix the flour with the salt, sugar, lemon zest, whole eggs, and diced butter. When the mixture is smooth, stir in the milk and yeast.
    3. Knead the dough for 15 minutes then let it rise for 3 hours in a warm place.
    4. Shape 1 large loaf. Let rest for 30 minutes.
    5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
    6. Bake the bread for 40 minutes
    7. Cut the bread into slices
    8. Spread your Easter Man then Unique Strawberry.
    9. Enjoy!
