For this recipe, you need (for 4 people):
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 150g of flour
- 85g of sugar
- 85g of butter
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100g of white chocolate
- 1 jar of Mercotte Blueberry & Yuzu jam
The steps of the recipe:
1. Before starting preparation, preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Cut your white chocolate bar into pieces.
3. In a bowl, pour the melted butter, sugar, egg and vanilla sugar and mix well.
4. Then add the flour little by little, then the yeast and salt.
5. Add your white chocolate chips to the bowl. Mix again to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
6. Next, prepare a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Form cookie dough into balls and place them on top.
7. Next, take a cookie. Using your thumb, poke a hole in the ball and pour a spoonful of jam inside. Reshape the cookie by folding the edges over the jam. Repeat for each ball.
8. Bake for about 10 minutes and your cookies are ready!
