Accompanied by the Travel Jam, each bite of Panna Cotta becomes a taste journey where lightness meets opulence.

For this recipe, you need:
Instructions :
- In a saucepan, pour the single cream and add the sugar. Split the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Add the vanilla seeds and pod to the saucepan.
- Gently heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring regularly, until hot but not boiling. Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the cream to absorb the vanilla flavors.
- Meanwhile, soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water for about 5 minutes to soften them.
- Remove the vanilla pod from the pan and discard it. Add the drained gelatin leaves to the hot cream and stir gently until completely dissolved.
- Then add the milk to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into individual glasses or molds. Let it cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or even overnight, until the panna cotta is set.
- To serve, gently unmold the panna cotta onto plates or serve directly in a pretty glass. Add a few spoonfuls of the Travel Jam to the mixture.
- Enjoy and savor this delicious, creamy and fragrant panna cotta!
