Chouchou is a chocolate -hazelnut-almond-chouchou spread with a salted butter caramel center poached directly into each pot. It's THE perfect treat to celebrate Easter!
For this recipe, you need:
- Speculoos or other hard biscuits if you prefer
- Dark chocolate
- Salted peanuts or chouchous
- Coarse salt
- 1 jar of Chouchou spread
The steps of the recipe:
1. Put a good layer of Chouchou spread on the speculoos .
2. Place all your bars on a baking sheet and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
3. Once the snickers have hardened, melt your dark chocolate .
4. Dip your bars into the melted chocolate . They should be completely covered in chocolate .
5. Sprinkle the chouchous and a little coarse salt on each one.
6. Let the Snickers harden in the fridge .
7. Remove the chocolate bars just before tasting.
