Délicieux Muffins fourrés à la confiture Myrtille & Yuzu de Mercotte

Delicious muffins filled with Mercotte's Blueberry & Yuzu jam

Discover this new duo of unique flavors that Confiture Parisienne and Mercotte have created a special jam for Mother's Day! A delicious jam that combines the fragrant taste of blueberry delicately enhanced by the acidity of yuzu . With its pretty purple color and velvety texture , this jam muffin recipe is perfect for your snack!

For this recipe, you need (6 people):

- 2 eggs

- 80g of butter

- 150g of sugar

- 250g of flour

- 1 sachet of baking powder

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 jar of Mercotte Blueberry & Yuzu jam

The steps of the recipe:

1. Before starting your preparation, preheat your oven to 180°C.

2. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl until the mixture turns white.

3. Melt your butter by microwave-warming it for a few seconds. Then add it to your mixture and mix again.

4. In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then pour everything into your first mixture and mix well.

5. Once the batter is ready, fill your muffin tins one-third full with your mixture. Add a teaspoon of Blueberry & Yuzu jam to the center and then cover again with your mixture.

6. Bake your muffins for around 25 minutes then let them cool for a few minutes before eating.
