An original blend with a touch of star anise that comes to disturb our senses. A comforting sweetness during those days when the sun barely shows its nose.

For this recipe, you need (1 person):

- 40g of oat flakes

- 250ml of milk

- 2 tablespoons of white yogurt

- 1 banana

- Some raspberries

- Dried fruits of your choice

- 1 jar of Raspberry Apricot Star Anise jam

The steps of the recipe:

1. Boil your milk . Pour in the oat flakes gradually and reduce the heat slightly. Let it simmer for about ten minutes, stirring regularly . Once the flakes have swollen, you can remove them from the heat and pour your mixture into a bowl .

2. While waiting for it to cool a little, cut your banana into pieces .

3. Now let's move on to the assembly. Nothing could be simpler! Add the white yogurt to one side of your bowl. Next, place your banana and finally the raspberries . Sprinkle everything with your dried fruits .

4. And now for the highlight! Top the whole thing with a good spoonful of Raspberry Apricot Star Anise jam for extra indulgence.
