Dive into the gourmet experience of Epiphany with this ultra-gourmet galette, with our "galette des rois" spread, a pure moment of pleasure that will awaken the irrepressible desire for a second slice... or a third!
Ingredients:
1 jar of Galette des Rois spread
1 jar 100g of pistachio spread
2 puff pastries
1 egg
1 bowl
1 whisk
1 pie dish
Process:
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
2. Place the entire jar of Epiphany, along with the jar of pistachios, in a bowl, then add the egg to the mixture. Mix vigorously with a whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
3. Place a sheet of puff pastry in a pie dish and prick it with a fork.
4. Pour your mixture onto the dough.
5. Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top, sealing the edges well. Make designs on the lid using a knife blade and brush with egg yolk.
6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200°C; check regularly for doneness!
