What better way to accompany your weekend than with a marbled brioche, or babka, with a delicious chocolate and peanut flavor? Discover this vegan spread made with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and peanuts.
Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 1 egg
- 180g of Tartine Chocolate Peanut spread
- 100ml of whole milk
- 50g of sugar
- 3g of salt
- 40g of peanuts
- 80g softened butter
- 12g of fresh yeast

The recipe
- Start by dissolving the yeast in warm milk and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix the dry ingredients and the egg.
- Then add the milk and yeast and knead for a good 10 minutes.
- After that, it's the turn of the butter which you will add to your preparation and knead for 15 minutes, until the dough comes away from the sides.
- Let your dough rest for 2 hours in a bowl covered with a cloth.
- Once the 2 hours have passed, roll out your dough into a rectangle, the length of your mold and 3 times its width.
- You can now add your homemade spread and your peanuts after crushing them.
- Roll the dough lengthwise and cut it in half widthwise.
- Braid your two pieces of dough, face up, and place them in the mold with baking paper and let rest for another 2 hours.
- Bake your babka for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C
