1. For the first appetizer, toast your country bread slices for a few minutes in the toaster until they are nice and crispy. Cut the bread to make toasts that are easy to eat during the aperitif. 2. We then offer you mini croque-monsieur made with pink onion chutney . Take a slice of sandwich bread , place a piece of Emmental cheese and a slice of ham on top. You can make several croque-monsieur depending on the number of guests. Place the croque-monsieur on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes . The cheese should be melted and the bread toasted . Then take them out of the oven and once they have cooled a little, cut them into cubes so that you can eat them in one bite.

3. Regarding the pickle chutney , nothing could be simpler! Buy a nice pie . Cut it into cubes and garnish with a little pickle chutney . You can add small skewers to make it easier to eat.
