For this recipe, you need:
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 25 cl of whipping cream
- 25 cl of milk
- 2 100g jars of Orange - Vanilla jam
- 1/2 teaspoon of agar-agar powder (OR 2.5 gelatin sheets)
The steps of the recipe:
- In a heat-safe bowl, set aside the orange, vanilla jam and honey.
Agar version: In a saucepan, pour the milk + cream + agar, stirring as often as possible. Bring to a boil, stirring as often as possible, and continue cooking for at least 2 minutes, 3 minutes is better.
Or
Gelatin version: Soak the cut leaves in a bowl of cold water for 5-10 minutes until softened. Heat the milk and cream until boiling, but do not boil. Turn off the heat. Add the softened gelatin with a tablespoon and stir well until completely dissolved.
- General instructions: Pour the boiling hot liquid over the sweetened part. Tilt the bowl and, using a tablespoon, stir the mixture constantly to mix it well.
- Using a ladle to scoop out the fruit pieces, fill 6 ramekins.
- Reserve for a few hours in the fridge (at least 4-5 hours of cold).
- Unmold onto a dessert plate.
