Pistachio Pancakes with Parisian Jam

Soft and fluffy, pancakes have it all. From breakfast to brunch to snack time, they're perfect for any time of day and any craving! This summer, spread our ultra-regressive Pistachio Spread on your pancakes. It's your turn!

 

Ingredients :

  • 125g of flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jar of Pistachio Spread

The recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt,
  2. In another bowl, mix 2 egg yolks with the milk. Add this mixture to the first mixture and mix. You will then obtain a thick pancake batter texture.
  3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently add them to the mixture.
  5. Cook in a small, hot, buttered frying pan for 1 minute on each side.
  6. Spread generously with Pistachio Spread for a completely wow effect!
