Ingredients :
- 125g of flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jar of Pistachio Spread
The recipe
- In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt,
- In another bowl, mix 2 egg yolks with the milk. Add this mixture to the first mixture and mix. You will then obtain a thick pancake batter texture.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Then, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently add them to the mixture.
- Cook in a small, hot, buttered frying pan for 1 minute on each side.
- Spread generously with Pistachio Spread for a completely wow effect!
