Discover the best recipe for Chouchou cookies with a soft center . Chouchou is much more than a classic spread. Wait until you see... first, hazelnuts and almonds mixed with Valrhona chocolate . Add to that chouchou shards and caramel poached right in each jar! Enjoy with a teaspoon or in cookies for even more deliciousness!
For this recipe, you need: (for 6 people)
- 85g of sugar
-150g of flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 85g of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 100g of chocolate chips
- 1 jar of Chouchou spread
The steps of the recipe:
1. Heat your oven to 180 °C.
2. In a salad bowl, mix the soft butter with the sugar .
3. Then add the egg and vanilla sugar .
4. Once everything is well mixed, gradually add the flour , baking powder and salt .
5. Add your chocolate chips to the batter and once again mix well .
6. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Using your hands, form balls of cookie dough and space them well on the baking sheet so they don't touch each other during baking.
7. Let's move on to the step that will make all the difference! Take a ball of dough, create a hole in it , add a spoonful of chouchou in the middle and close it so that the spread ends up in the middle of the cookie .
8. Repeat for each cookie .
9. Bake them for 8 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees . No more, so that the center of the cookie is nice and soft.
