Recipe for Epiphany fondant with Galette des Rois spread

Ingredients:

1 jar of Galette des Rois spread

1 egg 

1 bowl 

1 whisk 

1 fondant mold or tart ring 

Process:

1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.

2. Place the entire jar of Epiphany into a bowl, then add the egg to the mixture. Mix vigorously with a whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.

3. Butter your mold or place a sheet of baking paper.

4. Spread the mixture in your mold or tart ring.

5. Bake the fondant for 12 minutes.
