Ingredients- 5cl of milk
- 1 handful of pecans
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- Chestnut Pear Jam
- Brie
- 1 pear
- Semi-salted butter
- Shallot confit
- Young shoots
- Espelette pepper
- Pepper
The recipe
- Start by cutting the pear into 3 to 4 slices.
- Then butter the slices of bread, only on one side. Melt the remaining butter in a hot frying pan.
- Meanwhile, cut a few slices of Brie and the pecans into small pieces.
- To cook, place your slices of bread in your pan, buttered side down. Melt the Brie slices, shallot confit, and pecans in it.
- Then add the pear slices and a spoonful of Chestnut Pear jam.
- Finish with the young shoots and pour the milk into the pan to finish cooking.
