The recipe

  1. Start by filling 5 half-spheres with Chocolate Raspberry Tartine and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
  2. Cut the chocolate into pieces
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter and mix until smooth.
  4. Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
  5. Then pour in the butter and chocolate mixture. Remember to beat briskly.
  6. Then add the sifted flour and mix into the mixture.
  7. Divide the mixture into ovenproof molds.
  8. Then add 1 half sphere of jam still frozen into each mold.
  9. Finish by putting in the oven for 8-9 minutes at 190° and leave to cool on a baking sheet.
