- Chocolate Raspberry Toast
- 3 eggs
- 40g of flour
- 110g of chocolate
- 120g of Powdered Sugar
- 90g of butter
The recipe
- Start by filling 5 half-spheres with Chocolate Raspberry Tartine and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Cut the chocolate into pieces
- Melt the chocolate and butter and mix until smooth.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
- Then pour in the butter and chocolate mixture. Remember to beat briskly.
- Then add the sifted flour and mix into the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into ovenproof molds.
- Then add 1 half sphere of jam still frozen into each mold.
- Finish by putting in the oven for 8-9 minutes at 190° and leave to cool on a baking sheet.
