Confiture Parisienne presents a SMILEY JAM recipe concocted by the iconoclastic columnist FeGH with our Smiley Jam jam

For this recipe, you need:

  • 1 jar of Smiley Jam Parisian Jam
  • 1 small red mullet with its tender heart
  • 1 mandarin juice
  • fleur de sel to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • 1 level tablespoon of 8° white alcohol vinegar
  • 1 tray of small nasturtium flowers, pansies...
  • 1 teaspoon of blue poppy seeds

  • Steps

    1. Remove the large leaves, keep the core, rinse the salad, spin dry, open the heart like a flower.
    2. Make the dressing: 1 level tablespoon of Smiley Jam , diluted in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, loosened with mandarin juice + 3 dashes of white vinegar, salt.
    3. Arrange on a dessert plate, center the lettuce heart, sprinkle the vinaigrette over the leaves, distribute the flowers over the Rougette leaves
    4. Sprinkle with some blue poppy seeds for crunch

    All that's left is to enjoy this fresh salad in the sun!
