Ginseng is a very popular medicinal plant in Asia, whose root provides numerous benefits. Red ginseng is obtained by steaming it and then drying it seven times.
Our red ginseng jelly is made from ginseng from Geumsan, a village in South Korea renowned for its high-quality ginseng.
Ingredients :
-Large tomatoes
- Cherry tomatoes
- A burrata
- 1 tablespoon of miso
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of red ginseng jelly
Preparation :
- In a bowl, mix the miso, vinegar, lemon juice and red ginseng jelly.
- Cut large tomato slices
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
- Place the burrata on the tomatoes
- Add the mixed sauce
- Ready to eat!
Salmon tartare recipe:
Ingredients :
- 1 raw salmon fillet
- Vegetables of your choice
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of ginseng jelly
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives
- Finely chopped chili pepper according to your taste
Preparation :
- Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces
- Cut your vegetables into thin strips
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginseng jelly, chives and chili pepper.
- Mix the salmon and vegetables with the sauce
- To your forks!
