To begin, we meet today to prepare delicious strawberry-rosemary shortbread to celebrate the arrival of the beautiful days and also “ to spread a layer” Fegh 🍓


For this recipe, you need:

  • 1 jar of strawberry jam, we strongly recommend you try our new recipe in collaboration with the Eiffel Tower (100% validated by the Confiture Parisienne team)
  • 4 homemade shortbread cookies
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Espelette pepper

  • The steps of the recipe:

    1. Make shortbread cookies using a good recipe from Larousse des desserts PH. Make an indentation of your choice in the raw dough. Bake according to the recipe.
    2. Using a spreader, spread the Eiffel Tower Jam over the entire surface of the cakes.
    3. Finely chop the thick rosemary leaves using a sharp knife.
    4. Sprinkle the rosemary over the jam and do the same with the blond sesame seeds, sprinkle lightly with Espelette pepper.
    5. Bite into the jammy shortbread with your mouthful.
