420 g T55 flour
13 g baking powder
A pinch of salt
80g caster sugar
110g unsalted butter
1 egg
170g whole milk

The steps of the recipe:
- Place the butter cut into pieces in your freezer for 10 minutes.
- Mix the flour, salt, yeast and sugar in a bowl.
- Incorporate the butter with your fingers
- Add a beaten egg
- Pour the whole milk into the mixture
- Mix gently
- Roll out the dough on a work surface
- Cut out circles using a circle-shaped mold (or use a glass)
- Brush with brown
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C
- Spread with black fig jam
