Confiture Parisienne offers you a smoothie recipe based on its delicious Carrot Passion Vanilla jam while waiting for the warmer weather. Carrot Passion? An original blend, you might say. It's surprising but delicious ! The carrot arrives a little later on the palate, to soften the slight acidity of the passion fruit .
For this recipe, you need ( for 4 large glasses ):
- 2 carrots
- 2 passion fruits
- 4 ice cubes
- 300ml of water
- 15 g of Carrot Passion jam
The steps of the recipe:
1. Remember to fill and put your ice cube tray in the freezer the day before preparation.
2. To prepare, remove the skin from the carrots and cut them into slices .
3. Cut the passion fruit in half and remove the pulp.
3. Put all the ingredients in the blender: carrots, passion fruit, jam, water and ice cubes.
4. Mix everything until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste .
5. Pour into large glasses and enjoy immediately! If you don't want to consume the smoothie right away, you can store your glasses in the fridge so you can drink them nice and cold.
