Apple Pie - Apples and Cookies

Confiture Parisienne offers you an Apple Tart recipe to eat hot, warm or cold according to your preferences at snack time!

For this recipe, you need:

  • 2 golden apples
  • 30g of butter
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 1 jar of Apples and Biscuits
  • The steps of the recipe:

    1. Peel and quarter the two apples, then cut the quarters into thin slices.
    2. Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
    3. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mold and prick it with a fork .
    4. Pour the Apple and Biscuit jam over the dough and arrange the apple slices in a spiral or in several circles, as desired! Place butter slices on top.
    5. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes maximum. Keep an eye on it. You can add a little vanilla sugar to the tart while it bakes to caramelize it a little.
