Confiture Parisienne offers you an Apple Tart recipe to eat hot, warm or cold according to your preferences at snack time!
For this recipe, you need:
2 golden apples 30g of butter 1 shortcrust pastry 1 jar of Apples and Biscuits The steps of the recipe:
- Peel and quarter the two apples, then cut the quarters into thin slices.
- Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
- Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mold and prick it with a fork .
- Pour the Apple and Biscuit jam over the dough and arrange the apple slices in a spiral or in several circles, as desired! Place butter slices on top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes maximum. Keep an eye on it. You can add a little vanilla sugar to the tart while it bakes to caramelize it a little.
