The recipe
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and press your dough into your mold. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake it for 15 minutes in the oven with baking paper and baking beads. You can replace the baking beads with rice or beans. After the 15 minutes of baking, return to the oven for 8 to 10 minutes without the baking paper or baking beads.
- Meanwhile, beat the butter and flour then add the sugar, eggs, almond, yeast, pinch of salt and almond extract.
- Cover the dough with your homemade jam (you can treat yourself!).
- Add the almond cream. You can use a piping bag.
- Finish by adding your raspberries and bake for 40 minutes until the pastry is golden.
- And finally, enjoy!
Enjoy your homemade dessert with a cup of tea while enjoying the first rays of sunshine after the March showers.
