Chocolate Truffles with Whiskey Orange Jam

Awaken your taste buds with a touch of originality for these holidays: chocolate truffles filled with orange whiskey jam. Easy to make and delicious to eat, these truffles promise to be a hit with your guests, adding a touch of magic and indulgence to your celebrations.

Ingredients:

20cl of 35% cream
50g of unsalted butter
500g dark chocolate
50g cocoa powder
1 vanilla pod
Process:

1. In a bain-marie, melt the dark chocolate.

2. Heat the cream, butter and vanilla beans or deseeded vanilla pod in a saucepan over medium heat.

3. Pour the mixture over the melted chocolate. Whisk vigorously until smooth and glossy. Cover with cling film and leave to set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

4. Meanwhile, place small piles of orange whisky ginger jam using a teaspoon on a piece of baking paper. Leave to set in the freezer .

5. When the ganache has set, form balls of equal size with the palm of your hand and enclose a piece of frozen jam inside.

6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and enjoy.

This easy-to-make recipe will work very well with other jams such as Quatre Grumes or Orange Vanilla Jam.
