Ingredients:
1. In a bain-marie, melt the dark chocolate.
2. Heat the cream, butter and vanilla beans or deseeded vanilla pod in a saucepan over medium heat.
3. Pour the mixture over the melted chocolate. Whisk vigorously until smooth and glossy. Cover with cling film and leave to set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Meanwhile, place small piles of orange whisky ginger jam using a teaspoon on a piece of baking paper. Leave to set in the freezer .
5. When the ganache has set, form balls of equal size with the palm of your hand and enclose a piece of frozen jam inside.
6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and enjoy.
