Delicious blackcurrant and jasmine pavlova

Discover this jam with its captivating flavors with this delicious recipe . A pavlova with blackcurrant jam accompanied by an intoxicatingly elegant scent , jasmine . Ideal for this weekend and to celebrate Mother's Day as it should be!

For this recipe, you need:

- 60g of icing sugar for the meringue + 2 tablespoons for the whipped cream
- 2 eggs
- 60g of caster sugar
- 150g of mascarpone
- 15cl of whole liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice + zest
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder

- A jar of Blackcurrant Jasmine jam

The steps of the recipe:

1. Preheat your oven to 90 degrees .
2. To begin, separate the egg whites from the yolk and place them in a bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the caster sugar .
3. Once the sugar is well mixed, add the icing sugar and lemon juice and beat for another 5 minutes until your meringue is ready.
4. Using a piping bag, form your Pavlovas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the oven.
5. Cook for 2 hours .
6. Meanwhile, whip the liquid cream with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar , the mascarpone and the vanilla powder .
7. Once your meringues are cooked, you can start dressing them . Gently place your whipped cream and the Blackcurrant Jasmine jam .
8. Garnish the pavlovas with some blackcurrants if you wish.
