Ingredients
- 20cl of whole liquid cream
- 1 tonka bean
- Granola
- Red fruits
- Strawberry Yuzu Jam
- 1 sachet of yogurt starter
- 1L of milk

The recipe
- Preheat the oven to 50°C and heat the milk until boiling. Remove from the heat and add the single cream, then whisk and let cool.
- In a bowl, pour a little of the milk and cream mixture over the yogurt starter. Whisk, then gradually add the rest of the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, cover with cling film and cook for 8 hours.
- Once out of the oven, place the yogurt in a muslin cloth or tea towel and drain it in a cool place for 4 hours in a colander and a bowl.
- Once the time is up, your homemade Greek yogurt is ready! Dress it with red fruits, granola, and a generous spoonful of your gourmet Strawberry Yuzu jam . Sprinkle your dessert with grated tonka bean .
