While Confiture Parisienne wanted to revive the tradition of authentic jam, we also wanted to imagine and create unique flavors. Each year, we meet new partners who help us imagine new delicacies. This is how we were able to develop a wonderful collection of 100% Parisian jellies.

A collection of 100% Parisian jellies

Jelly , marmalade and of course jam, it's sometimes easy to get lost among all the names which, ultimately, only refer to wonderful sweet treats!

First of all, jelly doesn't use the whole fruit, it only uses the fruit juice, which it accompanies, like jam, with a little sugar. The jellies that we traditionally consume are often quince, apple, lemon or even redcurrant jellies. However, when making a jelly, it is possible to imagine a whole host of flavors! This is what we wanted to achieve by donning our apron in the company of talented partners, capable of helping us make jellies as tasty as they are unique.

Confiture Parisienne jelly is the result of high-flying collaborations with partners who have offered the best of their talent for you.

From the Château d'Estoublon to a visit to Parisian winemakers, not forgetting a tea tasting at Maison Artefact: we have created jellies that you can enjoy as an aperitif with your friends, or with your aunt from Deauville! And to complete this picture, we have also entrusted our iconic pots to Monsieur Marguerite to create a most delicate flower jelly.

Confiture Parisienne jelly is a delicacy that will delight you on any occasion! It complements your aperitifs in a savory version and enhances teatime in a sweet version.

It sparkles like a glass of champagne, like the Millésime Champagne Rosé jelly, which you'll love with a plate of Serrano ham, on a scone, and of course, on foie gras at your festive meals! As for Parisian wine jellies, they enhance your fruits and desserts and, of course, go deliciously with your cheese platter. Jelly is also adorned with flowers when it illustrates our encounter with Monsieur Marguerite: it combines a green tea base, butterfly peas, and rose petals for a recipe that cheerfully colors your waffles, but also your cocktails and fromage blanc. Jelly is also aristocratic, as evidenced by the Roseblood Geranium Rosat jelly, which will transport you to a trip to Provence and which you can enjoy at teatime or with a Martini. Speaking of tea, the jelly can also be enjoyed throughout the day, especially when it illustrates our association with Maison Artefact and its passion for exceptional teas.
