Discover our creation Chestnut-Pear with chestnuts that delicately flour, pears that refresh with flavor, and Tonka bean that comes to play the daughter of the sun.

Then, our exotic Carrot Passion recipe: Jeannot Lapin's favorite fruit, the carrot , combines with the sweet passion fruit and vanilla to shake up your senses from breakfast onwards.

And, because we know that the choice is difficult, we offer you a box with two favorite jams: the unique Strawberry with strawberries from Dordogne and the unique Apricot with good apricots from Roussillon.

Composition

Carrot, passion fruit, cane sugar, vanilla, citrus pectin. Small pieces of chestnut, refreshing pear, unrefined cane sugar, tonka bean, and a little lemon. Total sugar content 57%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 40g of unrefined cane sugar.//Unique Strawberry: strawberry, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin. Unique Apricot: apricot, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin.

Consumption

SWEET: Directly by the teaspoon! On toast, a pancake, a scone, cottage cheese, in a soft cake or muffin. SAVORY: with foie gras, on an old cheese like comté or gouda or goat cheese.
