Composition

Carrot, passion fruit, cane sugar, vanilla, citrus pectin. Small pieces of chestnut, refreshing pear, unrefined cane sugar, tonka bean, and a little lemon. Total sugar content 57%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 40g of unrefined cane sugar.//Unique Strawberry: strawberry, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin. Unique Apricot: apricot, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin.

Consumption

SWEET: Directly by the teaspoon! On toast, a pancake, a scone, cottage cheese, in a soft cake or muffin. SAVORY: with foie gras, on an old cheese like comté or gouda or goat cheese.

Unique know-how

"Confiture Parisienne" is the only jam factory in Paris founded in 2015. The only one, but not the first, because at the time when orchards still dominated the beautiful districts of our capital, jams were indeed a Parisian specialty.
