Composition

Carrot, passion fruit, cane sugar, vanilla, citrus pectin. Small pieces of chestnut, refreshing pear, unrefined cane sugar, tonka bean, and a touch of lemon. Raspberry, cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin. Orange, cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin.

Consumption

SWEET: Directly by the teaspoon! On toast, a pancake, a scone, cottage cheese, in a soft cake or muffin. SAVORY: with foie gras, on an old cheese like comté or gouda or goat cheese.
