The combination of 100% chocolate with raspberry.

" Chocolate Raspberry Spread " is a kind of spreadable ganache with the slight acidity of raspberry coated in chocolate. It might remind us of a famous packet of sponge cake found in all supermarkets, except that our jar contains only natural ingredients and no preservatives.

A 100% pure, grand cru chocolate from Madagascar, a smooth raspberry purée to keep that little regressive touch and traditional cooking in a copper cauldron which fills our production workshop under the Viaduc des Arts in the 12th arrondissement of Paris with its aroma.

250g jar.

raspberry, 100% Madagascar dark chocolate, unrefined cane sugar, lemon.
Total sugar content 57%. Prepared with 60g of fruit to 40g of unrefined cane sugar.

Consumption

With fruit or biscuits dipped directly into the jar, on toast, on ice cream, on pancakes and inside a muffin.
