Ingredients for the pancake batter:
- 250 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted butter
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of rum or vanilla (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
- Pistachio or hazelnut spread (depending on your choice)
- Fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, or raspberries) – optional
- Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation of pancakes:

Prepare the dough :
- In a large bowl, sift the flour and add a pinch of salt.
- Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
- Start mixing with a whisk, then gradually add the milk to avoid lumps.
- Add the sugar, melted butter, and rum or vanilla if desired. Mix well until you get a smooth, even dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes to allow it to become even more fluid.

Cooking the pancakes :
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a knob of butter or oil.
- Pour a small ladle of batter and swirl the pan to distribute the batter evenly.
